Once the design plans have been settled, we will coordinate with our loyal tradespeople to get the project ready and we will apply for a building application with the city.

During the process of building your custom home, our crew will frame out your new home, providing a clear layout of each room, so that any necessary changes can happen onsite. Once the house has been framed and is under construction, we can help you make interior design choices for the home’s finishes and colour palette.
