Family Home Reno

The custom reno for this young family included a full kitchen makeover with removal of the wall between a family room and a kitchen to create an open concept living space – cabinets by Old World Kitchens are full height  with white quartz countertops and a waterfall detail that is amazing.  The 10 ft island has cabinets on both sides to utilize any space we could find.  We made room with the layout for a walk- in pantry with lots of storage and a custom barn door.  The mixture of rift cut white oak and white cabinetry creates a beautiful contrast along with the use of subway tile in both kitchen and bathroom.  A new linear gas fireplace was installed with a rustic stucco look as the feature in the living area.

In the master the old tub was removed to make room for a walk- in shower that has heated floors along with a fully heated floor for ultimate luxury.  All new light oak vinyl plank flooring throughout  was the best choice for a timeless look.
